Köy/Şehir Gerilimi ve Başıboş Köpekler Sorunu

Türkiye 1950’li yıllardan itibaren hızlı bir şehirleşme yaşadı.
Kırsaldan şehre akın her geçen gün artan bir hızla sürüyor.
Oysa ilk insan ve Peygamber Hz. Âdem’den bugüne değişmeyen bir gerçek var:
“Buğday ile koyun gerisi oyun”.

Şehre hareketin sebepleri iyi yöneltilse denge sağlanabilirdi.
Konya’nın Huğlu ve Üzümlü kasabaları bu dengeye en güzel örnek.
Bu kasabalar kendi nüfuslarını muhafaza yanında Beyşehir, Seydişehir ve Derebucak ilçelerinden servislerle işçi taşıyorlar.
Türkiye sıkıştığı kişi başı on bin dolar gelirini artırmak istiyorsa bu işe şehir ve köy dengesini yeniden gözden geçirerek başlamalıdır.
Yüzde yedilere kadar düşen köylü nüfusu, hem tarım ve hayvancılık, hem de şehirlerin güvenliği açısından ciddi bir milli güvenlik problemidir.

Osmanlı köyden rast gele şehre gelmek isteyenlere “çift-ü çubuk kaçkunu” ismini veriyor ve geldiği veya daha uygun bulduğu coğrafyada tarım ve hayvancılıkta istihdama zorluyordu.
Şehirler ilk kurulduğu zamanlardan bu yana insanların elini kolunu sallaya sallaya taşınabilecekleri ve yerleşecekleri mekânlar değildir, olmamalıdır.
Oluyorsa; orası şehir değil, devasa bir köydür.
Hatta şehir olamadığı gibi, köyde kalamamıştır.

Bugün canımızı yakan onlarca çocuğumuzu kurban verdiğimiz “başıboş köpekler” konusu da bu plansız-programsız şehirleşmenin bir komplikasyonudur. Dün tarım ve hayvancılıkta çok işe yarayan köpekler “çift-ü çubuk kaçkunları” ile birlikte şehre taşındılar.

Kamu-Yerel Yönetim ve STK’lar “başıboş köpekler” probleminden başlayıp, uyuşturucu, kahredici yoksulluk, damgalanmış mekanlar v.b. şehrin diş çürükleri hükmündeki acil problemlerine eğilmeliler.

Diş gibi küçük gördüğünüz problemler zamanında önlem alınmazsa septik şokla vücudu ölüme götürür.

Şehir, caddelerinde uçan her kelebekten haberdar olduğu ve onun hayatına dair gereken bütün ihtiyaçlarını yerine getirebildiği kadar şehirdir ve o şehir Ümran’ın da merkezidir.
Aksi; sadece koyun sürüsünden farkı olmayan şuursuz insanlar topluluğudur.

Village/Urban Tension and Stray Dogs Problem

Turkey has experienced rapid urbanization since the 1950s.

The peasant population, which has fallen down to seven percent, is a serious national security problem in terms of both agriculture and animal husbandry and the security of cities.

The Ottomans called those who wanted to come to the city by chance from the village as “Çift-ü Stick Escape” and forced them to work in agriculture and animal husbandry in the geography they came from or found more suitable.

Cities are not and should not be places where people can move and settle down since they were first established.

If it happens; It's not a city, it's a huge village.

It could not even remain in the village, as it could not become a city.

The issue of "stray dogs", to which we sacrifice dozens of our children, who hurt us today, is also a complication of this unplanned urbanization. The dogs, which were very useful in agriculture and animal husbandry yesterday, were moved to the city together with the "couple-u stick" dogs.

Public-Local Administrations and NGOs start with the problem of "stray dogs" and deal with drugs, devastating poverty, stigmatized places, etc. they must address the city's pressing problems, such as dental caries.

Problems that you see as minor, such as teeth, will lead the body to death with septic shock if timely measures are not taken.

The city is a city as much as it is aware of every butterfly flying on its streets and can fulfill all the needs of its life, and that city is also the center of Ümran.

Opposite; it is just a group of unconscious people who are no different from a flock of sheep.
